Standard support bracket with low installation depth
When it comes to the statics and stability of panorama fireplaces, the concepts of "fireplace shell" and installation depth are particularly challenging in terms of craftsmanship. BRUNNER, the premium manufacturer from Lower Bavaria, now offers a special support bracket as standard for four models.
With their three-sided view of the fire, panorama fireplaces are the most popular format for heating fireplaces. But what if the craftsman has no way of making a statically self-supporting fireplace shell? BRUNNER's solution: an integrated support bracket system that provides static support for the stove shell. This sturdy design variant is attached to the heating insert. It is a solid steel frame construction. It is thermally decoupled and connected to the fireplace insert in the lower area. This ensures that neither expansion noises nor cracks will occur in the handcrafted surface, or that the fireplace insert will give way, when exposed to heat.
The mounting frame is firmly connected to the support bracket. With an expansion gap, which is usually worked out as a shadow gap, the stove shell can be placed directly on top. A static load of up to 235kg is possible.
Low installation depth
Heat protection plates are integrated into the rear of the support bracket. This allows for the insulation thickness and thus also the installation depth to be significantly reduced. Even units with great depths look much narrower and more elegant as a result.
The new BRUNNER support structure has been available for the small, compact 51/50/50/50 panorama fireplace for some time now and is currently also available for large room divider formats with 66 cm and 88 cm deep combustion chambers. With the support bracket, floating installation designs will also be easy to implement for these panorama fireplaces in the future.
