The BRUNNER BSK kit system fireplace can be assembled relatively quickly thanks to the dimensionally accurate moulded parts made of thermal concrete. It could hardly be simpler and more economical, without you having to forego individual design options. Because even a kit system fireplace can be customised: the fireplace cover can be extended or the thermal concrete can simply be filled or painted. Be creative.
For priority fire atmosphere with warmth
A system fireplace is installed when primarily atmosphere is desired. Construction, fuel quantity and the associated heat output are adapted to this.
Kit system fireplaces are also called "quick- reaction furnaces" because of their heat output. The heat release takes place during the burn-off. The heating effect results from the radiation of the combustion chamber through the large viewing glass and the hot air.

There is no easier or cheaper way to build a fireplace or stove. Dimensionally accurate moulded parts made of thermal concrete enable quick assembly. Components and shape are designed in such a way that the fireplace system can be created with minimal space requirements, taking into account function and safety. Only components of handcrafted stove construction are used, which are offered to the specialist company as a finished kit. An original BRUNNER heating insert is installed in all versions. The same product that has also established itself in artisan stove construction.
The design of the cladding is possible in different quality levels:
- In the practical version with thermal concrete shell, untreated and deliberately left in exposed concrete as an architecture element.
- Or a hand-finished surface, which is painted, plastered and covered with ceramic elements.
Furthermore, the cladding elements can be extended in height. Room-high versions have thermal insulation to the room ceiling and on-site warm air outlets. If the system cladding is structurally extended, all ideas and concepts can be realised with BRUNNER fireplace panels. The distance to the wall can be minimised with heat protection plates (accessories) mounted on the fireplace insert.

During combustion, heat is extracted from the heating gases across the metallic surfaces and the integrated hot air exchanger. The fireplace insert becomes hot. The room air flowing into the fireplace cover via the lower openings is heated on the hot surfaces and released into the room as warm air. Of course, the fireplace cover is also heated from the inside via heat radiation. The combustion air can be supplied from the outside via a duct. The combustion air duct prevents the air from entering the combustion chamber by forming a protective screen in front of the viewing glass, which reduces soot and dust particle contamination.

The combustion air can be controlled manually with just one operating element (lever). Effortless and easy to understand. The symbols on the glass provide additional support.
Of course, the white display (EAS) shows that it can also be operated automatically. The most convenient version is the combination with an electronic combustion control (EAS). All you have to do is light the stove or add fuel, the control system takes care of everything else. High efficiency is the result, because the EAS servomotor never forgets to readjust and always stops the combustion air supply at the end of the burn-off. This is particularly convenient if the stove cannot be operated any further after its kindling, either because you go to bed or you leave the house.

Puristic, stylish and elegant - the fireplace body in its simplest form and appearance. Precisely fitting thermal concrete elements, poured and assembled with shadow gap. Here, perfection lies in the imperfect. The concrete surface has edges and irregularities, which is precisely why it looks so clear and unobtrusive. It is highly advisable to seal the thermal concrete elements with carnauba wax after assembly. This is absolutely recommended to avoid unwanted stains permanently. Because once a hand or shoulder with natural skin grease has leaned against the cold fireplace cover, the dark stain is almost impossible to get rid of. Other liquids are also absorbed by the concrete surface and permanently change its appearance.
