Ulrich Brunner - creative childhood
Even as a child, Ulrich Brunner had a keen sense of inventiveness. And he made creative use of the freedom afforded by life in the countryside. Whether it was whirling up a pile of scrap metal with homemade firecrackers or catching chickens with homemade tools. It was also during this time that he developed a fascination for campfires - I wonder if something could be done to optimise this?
In his father's cooker factory, he was able to gain his first experience of heating with wood at a young age and did not shy away from playing with fire, even when welding together his own go-kart. Ulrich has remained such an inventor to this day. And to everyone's delight, as all acquaintances and employees of BRUNNER will confirm, a bit of a rascal as well.
Seal of quality made in Germany
All BRUNNER products have always been developed and manufactured in Germany. Highly educated engineers and experienced technicians design the high-quality furnace systems and fireplaces at the company headquarters in Eggenfelden, Lower Bavaria, and regularly revise and refine them with comprehensive expertise and great care. Hand in hand with the stove building trade is the will to start a dialogue. Around 1,000 furnace builders get together with BRUNNER every year in Eggenfelden. Here, knowledge is exchanged, training courses are held and glasses are raised to joint successes in the good Lower Bavarian way of life.
