The IRON DOG® 06 by BRUNNER is a cooking machine in the best sense of the word. It is relatively heavy and ensures a secure basis for all operations, including cooking. It can be used for heating, cooking on the hotplate, baking in the oven and even grilling perfectly over the embers once the fire has burnt down. Since the grilling takes place in the wood stove, excessive odours are immediately removed through the chimney. Nothing stands in the way of the grilling experience in the closed room.
Fire has always had many important functions: It brought light, warmth, protection and a hot meal to the table. The IRON DOG N°06 combines this versatility of fire in one device. And is probably the first dog that can cook, bake and grill.
Wood stoves fit for heating and preparing food at the same time are becoming increasingly popular again: cooking like in grandmother's day. The devices usually have either only a hotplate or a baking compartment or have both, like the BRUNNER IRON DOGs®. It is a cooking machine in the best sense of the word. It is suitable for cooking and baking, and after the finished burn-off, you can even grill perfectly over the embers. The advantage: as the grilling takes place virtually in the stove, excessive odours are removed directly through the chimney - for the ultimate grilling experience in a closed room.
